A day pass provides access to our workspaces from 9:00 am to 5:00pm so the productivity doesn’t have to end. With your meeting room reservation, you'll receive this access 50% off our regular price of $50.

Meeting Room Bookings - Terms of Service Agreement*

The following represents the Terms of Service (think “Ground Rules”) for your use of SOCO’s facilities, workspaces and meeting rooms.
Facility Use - Usage of SOCO spaces is restricted to the specific time and use agreed upon in this contract, plus 15 minutes prior to and following your meeting. There are other reservations taking place prior to and after your reservation.

Booking Policy - It is our policy to always try to provide you with your first choice of room. In the event that room is not available, we commit to find you a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

Cancellations - SOCO allows cancellations up to 48 in advance of your scheduled booking. After that time, you will forfeit your booking fees for any cancellations.

Access - Our workspace entrances remain locked at all times. You will be issued a “mobile pass” for your time onsite (plus 30 minutes before and after).

Printing - Access to wireless printing and scanning IS NOT included in your meeting room booking.

Be Professional - It might feel hip and trendy, but we’re a professionally run, professionally managed work space. So, mind your manners and volumes on all things.

Leave No Trace - You will leave the room(s) as you found them: Free of trash, clean white boards, TVs off and all hardware left onsite.

Use of Equipment - Usage of SOCO equipment is restricted to the specific time and use agreed upon in this contract. Equipment must be returned to its original condition and location. Any damages may be billed to your account.

Food and Beverages - Outside food and beverages are allowed. Any food and beverage add-ons are subject to a 20% service fee that is built into the price of the offering.

Guest Management - You are responsible for your meeting guests: their entry, behavior while onsite all the way through to their exit.

Business Hours - SOCO workspaces are open from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. We do not offer after-hours bookings. Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.

Lost or Stolen Items - SOCO is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
