We need Vitamin D; it’s kind of essential. SOCO BullStreet was our first collaborative project and our first full revitalization of a historic landmark (it is a 110 year old former bakery). We launched BullStreet in 2016 in the early days of the revitalization of the 181-acre BullStreet District, one of the most ambitious urban revitalization projects in South Carolina.
It’s beautiful, calming and chockfull of history (ghosts of BullStreet anyone?). With incredible natural light and 30 foot high ceilings it’s the perfect blend of stuff we love. Nestled into the vibrant live/work/play BullStreet neighborhood, we’re walkable to parks (SEGRA and Page Ellington), breweries and some fun new eateries. PS: The sunrises at SOCO BullStreet are something else too.
