There’s something powerful about being connected to the city you live in. SOCO 80808 was our most ambitious project to date and is our flagship. A beautiful 11,000 sf converted warehouse space that used to be home to the first real artists collective in the city AND the city’s most (in)famous dance club, The Woody (we saved, repurposed and SANITIZED the bartop).. They up and left the Vista and we lovingly re-imagined the building into a fun, funky space with a post-industrial feel chock full of member contributed art.
What’s more? We’re located smack dab in the middle of the energy and fun of the Vista Arts & Entertainment District; walkable to 50+ bars, restaurants and other fun spots. Easy parking on the street and garages and located just feet from the Vista Greenways’ rails to trails path that takes you all the way to the neighborhoods of Elmwood Park, Earlewood and Cottontown.
